How It Works
1. Call Goes Unanswered
Customer calls your number but you're busy, on another call, or it's after hours.
2. Forwarded to AI
Call automatically forwards to your RealVoice AI local number.
3. AI Handles Call
Your AI receptionist answers professionally, books appointments, captures leads.
Choose Your Forwarding Type
Forward When Unanswered
Forwards after a few rings if you don't pick up. Best for catching missed calls during business hours.
Forward When Busy
Forwards when you're already on another call. Never lose a lead to a busy signal.
Forward All Calls
All calls go directly to AI. Use for after-hours or when you need uninterrupted focus time.
Scheduled Forwarding
Some systems allow time-based rules. Forward to AI outside business hours automatically.
Open Settings
Tap the Settings app on your home screen
Tap Phone
Scroll down and tap on "Phone"
Tap Call Forwarding
Under the Calls section, tap "Call Forwarding"
Enable Call Forwarding
Toggle Call Forwarding ON
Enter Your RealVoice AI Number
Tap "Forward To" and enter your dedicated RealVoice AI local number
Note: Basic iPhone call forwarding forwards ALL calls. For conditional forwarding (only when unanswered), use carrier codes like *61*[number]# or contact your carrier.
Your RealVoice AI Number
Find your dedicated local number in your RealVoice AI dashboard. This is the number you'll enter as your call forwarding destination.
