Service Description

AI Receptionist

Our AI Receptionist provides 24/7 call handling, appointment booking, and customer service capabilities.

AI SDR (Sales Development Representative)

Our AI SDR assists with lead generation, qualification, and initial customer outreach (coming soon).

AI Sales Closer

Our AI Sales Closer specializes in deal closing and advanced sales conversations (coming soon).

User Responsibilities

As a user of RealVoice AI services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your AI employees
  • Use the Services only for legitimate business purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our AI systems
  • Not use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding customer data
  • Monitor and supervise AI interactions with your customers

Payment Terms

Payment terms for RealVoice AI services include:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Usage-based charges may apply for certain features
  • Payments are due in advance of the service period
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Privacy and Data

Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Third-Party Integrations: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services or integrations.

Intellectual Property

RealVoice AI retains all rights to:

  • The RealVoice AI brand, trademarks, and logos
  • Software, documentation, and user interfaces

Users retain ownership of their business data and content provided to our AI employees.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

  • With 30 days written notice for convenience
  • Immediately for material breach of these Terms
  • Upon non-payment of fees

Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in data export for up to 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
